The combination of beans in the blend are taken to the second crack in the roasting process at a level to reduce some of the acidity from the Guatemalan and Kenyan beans without losing all the fruit tones.  The roast level also contributes to the pleasing chocolate undertones and balanced flavours.

A good balanced coffee with hint of fruits and chocolate aftertaste.  Well balanced with a good level of body.  Pleasant lingering aftertaste.
