Big news from us at Gordon St Coffee — we’ve arrived in London! After years of roasting in small batches in the heart of Glasgow & Edinburgh in Scotland, we’re thrilled to announce our very first pop-up south of the border, and we’re doing it in style with an incredible collaboration.
You’ll now find us in one of the most iconic locations in the city, Waterloo Station, perched above Platform 1 in the beautifully crafted space that is Well & Boot.
A Partnership Brewed to Perfection
Well & Boot isn’t just a bar or café. It’s a moment of calm in the chaos, designed to make every minute count, whether you’re in for a quick espresso, a long-overdue catch-up, or a pint before the next train. Nestled on the site of the old Waterloo News cinema, it blends art deco charm with fast, friendly service and a sharp focus on quality.
When they reached out looking for a coffee partner that could match their commitment to great taste and great experiences, we knew this was the perfect fit.

At Gordon St Coffee, we’ve been roasting speciality coffee in small batches since 2014. We believe that exceptional coffee doesn’t come from a machine, it comes from hands, senses, and heart. Our team uses traditional roasting methods, relying on sight, sound, and experience to bring out the best in every bean.
For our London debut, we’ve created something special: the signature 'London Roast', a rich and balanced blend of Brazilian, Guatemalan, and Kenya AA Blue Mountain arabica beans. Smooth, complex, and bursting with flavour, it’s the first true speciality coffee offering in Waterloo Station, and we’re proud to serve it at Well & Boot.
