Our light roasts are dropped out Dierdre a little early, just hitting first crack. Roasting lighter helps to highlight the natural characteristics and favour notes of the coffee. Expect light and fruity coffee with higher acidity levels.
Great for a pour over brew! Ideally consumed black, these roasts don’t mix as well with dairy/ milk alternatives.
This collection includes 3 x 250g bags of coffee:
Brazil Santos- A medium-dark roast that is naturally sweet with chocolate undertones and medium to good body. Santos cherries are naturally processed, bringing out the sugars and oils from the bean. This gives a smooth, mellow liquor with low acidity and slight earthiness.
Colombia Excelso- Grown in the volcanic soils of Columbia at 1400masl, this citrusy roast is aimed for the adventurous coffee pallets. Lemon hints and a sweet finish to waken up your taste buds. Medium roast.
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe- Handpicked and wet processed from the birthplace of coffee. One of the world's most sought after coffees. A distinct fruit like acidity, traditional winey, mocha taste with lots of body. A smooth all day coffee.
